The Buffalo Bills Organization is in a transition year as their new stadium is under construction across Abbott Road. Fans are saying goodbye for one last season to a place that holds so many memories to Bills fans. A stadium with a rich history of star players in the 80’s and 90’s. Those players include Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, Steve Tasker, Kent Hull, Bruce Smith, Darryl Talley, Cornelius Bennett and so many more. Memories of five-Super Bowl runs and a coach, Marv Levy, that brought the team together to compete at a high-level for so many of those seasons.
This era of Bills football is led by Josh Allen, arguably the top passer in Bills history and the top rated NFL QB in today’s game. Bills fans are feeling super confident under his leadership. Bills Mafia feel that this Bills team can make a Super Bowl appearance this season at Levi’s Stadium (San Francisco Bay area).
What does this mean for ticket prices?
We asked Nick Giammusso, the President & CEO of VIPTIX– WNY’s only hometown ticket marketplace. “Bills Ticket prices have reached all time highs in Buffalo, says Giammusso. Bills fans have complete sticker shock when it comes to ticket prices for home AND away games so far this season.”

There are not many 1PM games this season which makes buying tickets a challenge if you do not wish to attend a night game. The 1PM New Orleans Saints (9/28) game is a very popular game this season. Other big games include the home opener versus the Baltimore Ravens (9/7), the Kansas City Chiefs (11/2), and the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles (12/28) visit Highmark Stadium in December.
The Buffalo Bills have a very attractive away game schedule this season! Short and easy drives to Pittsburgh (11/30) and Cleveland (12/21) make these ideal choices for Bills fans who are looking to take a quick day or weekend roadtrip. Then there is the road game versus the Carolina Panthers (10/26) in Charlotte where many ex-Buffalonians now reside. The Atlanta game (10/13) is another easy flight from Buffalo. Then there is the Bills fan favorite Miami (11/9) game. The NFL has finally scheduled the Dolphins away game at a later date in the season and not in September when it’s sweltering hot in South Florida.
