The entrance to this garage is located on the east side of Congress St, between Dorchester Ave and Atlantic Ave. Look for a square blue sign with a white "P" and blue wind signs reading "Public Garage" in white. Scan parking pass at entry gate. Park in any space not marked "Reserved". Upon departure, scan parking pass at exit gate. This garage is underground and cell service is limited.
